In this way, potential manipulations may be prevented during the election period. It is ensured that the election results can be counted after the participation of all stakeholders at the end. A double-layer encryption model is proposed and tested to prevent manipulations that may occur with the election results. In the-proposed model, administrators or miners are prevented from previewing election results which are normally accessible data due to the blockchain structure. However, data manipulation is still seen as a major potential problem in e-voting systems. E-voting is one of these application areas. In recent years, blockchain has become one of the most commonly used methods for securing data storage and transmission through decentralized applications. erefore, it is necessary to use cryptographic procedures to ensure anonymity, security, privacy, and reliability in these systems. Security and trust are seen as the most important issues in electronic voting systems. Through this research there will be an overview literature review on E-Voting system, its current status, and the suggested solution by implementing trusted platform module (TPM) for enhancing the security and providing trustworthy E-Voting system. in this research the aim is to manage, and suggest solution, or at least a framework for fulfilling the gaps that lead to electronic voting security issues, wrong election will not only be social crisis, but also economic crisis due to the high cost of the inaccurate election process. Many of nowadays and current governmental critical issues in most countries is the election process, which lead to disturbance in citizens trust towards their governments, like for an example what happened in Iran and some other countries, proves the importance of Electronic Government Voting service. Cost and security are the two most important factors to the success of electronic government voting system. The quality of this governmental voting service has to be maximized, for the citizens to trust that their election is counted and the result of voting is accurate and fair. Gwinnett County's two-column ballot was not pivotal to the outcome of Georgia's Senate special election but nonetheless joins other ballot formats, like the infamous butterfly ballot used in Palm Beach County in the 2000 presidential race, that contribute to voter confusion and should be avoided in the future.Voting is the process through which citizens can determines their leaders. This overvote rate is concentrated in Gwinnett County and appears to reflect the county's two-column ballot design that led roughly 4,200 voters to select more than one candidate for Senate in the special election, in the process rendering invalid their votes in this contest. We do, however, uncover an unusually high overvote rate in Georgia's special United States Senate election. Anomalously high residual vote rates can be indicative of underlying election administration problems, and our analysis of these rates in Georgia finds nothing anomalous in the state's presidential race, a notable result given this contest's closeness. A race's residual vote rate combines the rates at which ballots contain undervotes (abstentions) and overvotes (when voters cast more than the allowed number of votes in a race). Armed with certified results, we conduct a statistical audit of the 2020 Georgia election by analyzing residual vote rates in statewide races.
